hows this done?im abit of a newbie to camera's/i take it hong exposure is a mode on a camera

If you have a camera that you can change the exposure time on, stick the camera on a tripod, put the exposure time up quite high (15secs).

Stick a 3 second timer on it and shoot. Simple
