Hi any idea why my long size drive shft keeps poping out?
And should the end closest to the gearbox move in and out a lot?

They do move. Not a lot though.
Have you bent anything suspension wise?

No suspension seems bent
The inner joint moves from the front to the back of the casing

what engine u running if u got a c20xe u mite need a spacer to stop it popping art just us a couple of washer work well for me x
