got a universal apiro induction filter, checked it yesterday to find it is minging, how do i go about cleaning it? i read up on cleaning K&Ns but they say the liquid used in their filters is especially formulated or some shit to their filter flow, i tried looking for an apiro filter cleaning solution but there is none, what can i do?

hiya mate...swill it out in petrol, keep doing that until all the crap is out...leave to dry naturally, then you'll need either some k & n oil, or itg spray to put on the filter to make it like new, thats what we do all the time.
