i was just wondering how you gauge them, as everyone, including myself slag figures off from time to time

its that you never seem to trust anything, ever

i actually trust dave's rolling road, even though it looks like something made from bits of metal from b&q with some pram wheels, im always dubious about rolling roads, tbh everyone should be, that doesnt mean its 100% dodgy though, always good to go places that have a good rep.

Well lane i know havent got a good rep

the only true power reading is a from a proper engine dyno that gives a true flywheel figure

please do, i just find it funny how you can move it around on wheels and you drive up onto on some ladders, but like i said it seems to give good results so thats all that matters

You must be right steve, However tuning companies such as:

Track Car solutions
Thorney Motorsport
NTR
Swindon Race Engines
Surrey Rolling Road
Porsche GT race series
UK Military
Australian Police
Honda UK
Silverstone Circuit

and lots more very reputable tuners love to use a dyno made with old wheels and ladders...

well they seem to give accurate readings so i dont blame them, plus they must be cheaper than a full built into floor affair

Used Dastek on 2 occasions and the figures they have given were very good.Seen lots of cars come off aswell with the expected figures. And theres is a Dyno Dyamics RR.

Also when u say u want them to tune it on the RR,what do u actully mean??Fit a boost controller and turn it up??
