Yeh it's fucked up, the physics is screwed on tyres imo...
they lock up / skid too easy and when they lose grip they completely let go... not like normal tyres which give gradual grip and slide... therefore if you try to drift, as soon as the rear wheels go the rear will just go sideways rather than a combined forward and sideways movement.
