when im driving its stiff to push it into gear, and when i push the clutch in i get a rattle sound..

what could it be?

how low is the clutch peadel to the floor?

quite low...

a few people have said its the thrust bearing as it makes a rattle when you push the cluth in..

think il get the clutch and thrust bearing done..

could it be the release bearing aswell?
