thing is if he hasnt done anything wrong then why should he have to be victamised like he is being.. i still say contact them and say unless you can give viable video/audio proofe that it was you making a lot of noise, on countless occasions then this wont be valid..

My mate got a section 59 becuase we were just cruising about the streets with a full car (black C 1.4 exclusive) and theres another C exactly the same but a chav owns it and my mate was mistaken for doing donuts in a travellodge car park he put an appeal up and just happened to be that the police saw the car they mistaken for my mate the next again night blasting around a industrial estate with a Saxo VTS and my mate was let off but it really annoys me the police should be more considerate just because its the same car with 4 young lads and 1 girl in it they immediately point the finger
