(1) How hard would it be for an engineering company who will be reboring my block to put an oil feed for a turbo in it.

(2) What actually goes to and from a turbo? On the engine I am buying I saw an oil feed and and oil return and the turbo had another tapped hole for something. Any ideas?

you would need a oil feed and return kit, normally easier to get the return to go straight back into the sump, as in get a union, then get your sump drilled and tapped to suit the thread of the union,

the tapped hole on the turbo could possibly be a vacuum connection point

Which turbo are we talking about? Some are water cooled so have 2 extra fittings for the water as well as the 2 for the oil

The one in the middle is the return.....

It's hard to see, but the small hole in the middle on the left... thats the feed entry. Tomorrow i'll get a pic of the hollow bolt and the feed pipe

Coolant feed?

The return needs to be as high as possible in the sump/block, else you get oil surging back up the return, and past the oil seals.....

Take the oil feed from the oil pressure sensor outlet on the oil pump.

Amen.

My old R5 blower was purely oil cooled, my new one (will make less power than my old one) is also water cooled so plumbing that in, until my old one is refurbished.

Ideally have the engineering place tap it into the front of the block, the sump may be too low as under braking the oil will go forward and it will stop the gravity fall and cause early fail.
