supercharge a turbo engine...done it to a rover before, you need like a switch there it uses one,and then uses the other....cost a lot tho

its not worth it, we were fucked for space in a rover coupe...and the cost was a lot, but u need a switch from when the supercharger is in use then swaps to the turbo

It can be done but you would be better off getting a vortech or similar supercharger instead. You would have big problems splitting a truck turbo then sorting out the gearing to make it spin fast enough but theres no reason a LET on standard management not to run on a supercharger instead. Not a lot to gain really though

nah i was thinin the truck turbo would spin at the same speed as the engine as it wud be cheaper to get a truck turbo as im a hgv mechanic but was htinkin for when i uprate the turbo to a secret 1(lol) that the "superchager" would reduce lag

Think is though to make any boost it will probably need to spin at 50,000 RPM +

Get the mahoosive turbo and just live with the lag, you know it makes sense

better than having a massive one which has too much turbo lag

im sure you could use something like a variable vain turbo so that you can have a big turbo with little lag? Only problem would be sorting out the ecu to run such a thing.

not much point putting a super charger tbh.won't make as much power as a turbo can and it takes power from the engine to turn it.
