i have a decat and full system, no pops no bangs no flames. no fun

i have a decat, full system and lexmaul inlet and pipercross viper filter and mine does it, usually only when cold though

hmmm my car is louder when you first start it then i think its the anti stall thing that dies away... so iv to boot my car on a cold engine? lol sounds good

yeah, i think its the sai, when thats on for the first two minutes, i just take mine upto 2-3k and let off and tap the throttle and its pops and spits flames out, 3rd gear is best on mine.

My 1.3 pops out flames quite a bit.

5th to 3rd (at around 50mph) and booting it on the motorway is the only time mine does it.

As said if a 1.2/1.4 etc is spitting flames thats not a good thing.Turbo'd cars running higher boost/more unburnt fuel are good for it.

Another way to do it would be to heat wrap the full exhaust system but that could prove costly.

My 206 gti does it with just straight-through centre section and Mongoose back box

Old XE Astra Cesaro has a decat and straight through centre section and that did it all the time
