he basically went into the back of someone, but the driver took my mates reg number and that was it.
he took no phone number or anything.

what can they do with just a reg number?

he just phoned up all panicky so i'd say i'll ask u lot as some of u must know.

did they stop n talk or just take his reg n drive off? coz if he did then he will get done for leaving the scene ov an accident

i don't know the full story, my mate sounded suprised and kinda shocked on the phone. his bumper is a gonna, front end is mashed up.

i think he was in a rush, i told my mate he's a fool for not taking down ANY details.

So need to know what they could do with just a reg number.
