Ok need the lettering to be shiny, i heard people usually get about 0.5mm shaved off the top of the lettering. Was wondering if anyone knows a company that will do it, maybe i could send it away to get done?

use sand paper on a block,
start ruff, then work to very very very fine stuff
then some metal polish on it

as above, use a block witht he paper wrapped tightly around it, no chance of touching the powercoating then

I'd advise a sanding block as well mate, it wont touch the powdercoat as long as your not cack-handed like me haha

Is it an alloy cover?
Some are plastic so you wont get far trying polish plastic, if it is,lol
