I have to confess i don't get all this computer lark and the whole Virus protection/Spyware thing just confuses me even more 
Basically i know that Norton/all the usuall names are not up to much so what should i get that is SIMPLE and works??? I don't want things flashing up on the screen every 5 minutes telling me somone is coming into my back door with a hoarse 
Help please....also can it not be major $$$$$

Well i have that now but it's run out?! It's asking me to upgrade to AVG 8 somthing but you have to pay.

You want something decent - get Kaspersky it's like £36 for two years and was voted much better than shitty Norton!
