yeah but thats one insurance company out of 100's, I know for a fact zurich, CIS, elephant, A.A, churchhills, peral etc all do it,

Actually I'm insured with Tescos and they wouldn't reduce my premium with pass plus OR a cat 1 alarm - same as direct line the year before. Passplus is fucking useless if your after a reduction imo

As I said before Tescos is one insurance company
there are loads that do offer reductions you just got to call them and ask, go to an insurance brooker like swindon or have people forgot how to do things

Well personally I think it is good for the experience of driving on the motorway so soon after passing your test. Secondly your told it reduces premiums, it may well do with some but doesnt with everyone I tried. Would I do it again? No

Do it, if only for the experance of driving on the motorway I personel think all new drivers should be made to do that by law, next you have 3 statements saying it reduces preiuems. I did it and it reduced mine, same with novaless and charcoalgrill I am older than them so I have no claims now so its no good but any discount is good when you are young and I apperatied the extra money in my pocket
