My 1.2 16v judders through the first few gears.
and is hesitant in the higher gears at lower speeds.
Its not been serviced in a while so i might change the plugs etc..
or is it more likely to be the AFM

what do you meanby judders?loss of power/revs? could be clutch slipping

if the clutch was slipping revs would be all over the place wouldnt they?

no..you would feel it, the revs would go up cause the clutch is slipping, meaning that drive from engine isnt traveling to the wheels, so in turn it woulod be like dipping the clutch a bit if the clutch was slipping,and if you keep you foot on the pedal the revs would build up

well it only happens when i first start the car.
revs do not move when i put my foot down.
