As low as you want all depends on what size springs you use and how you adjust them

It doesnt work like that. These are designed for a custom set up you dont just take the springs out and bolt these on

no, they replace the standard rear spring and shock although you would need to cut out and turret the rear wheel arches to get them to fit.
