I have the actual Vauxhall ones, as do a few people.
When i bought them they were £37.37 inc VAT from Vaux.
They just sit in the window seal. If you have electric windows they may take a bit more time to settle in.

If you're on the motorway you can have the window down at 70mph and still hold a conversation without shouting.
And it helps if you smoke so I've heard - stops the head of it getting blown in your face every time you try and tap it.
