Looking at a set of ARP rod bolts, are they hard to change?
I wouldn't be doing them myself anyway!
How much would I be looking at to change them?

i think he means that they have to be countersunk into the rod, ie they have to be sitting flush with the rod so the bolt is actually inside the rod, im not sure that they do though

You have to countersink the bearing cap to get the bolts to fit because they have a radius under the cap to increase surface area of the fastener...

lil_g: It's probably worth getting someone to countersink the caps for you if you don't have a pillar drill and you decide to DIY. I don't think you can do it with a hand drill...

I was thinking this ed, need to find somewhere local that can do this, and quickly

Would only take them a minute to set the drill up to do it. Then a few mins to do the job, if you organised it in advance they ought to be able to do it while you wait...

Any chance you know anywhere that could do them?

Don't think I'd be confident enough to do them myself, may give my brother a call actually to see if he has a pillar drill at work

Yepp, they are well useful! If you do get one, make sure you can gear it down nice and slow to do the job because the ones I've used before go far too quick for metal...
I don't know of anyone who could do it local to you, but look in the Yellow Pages for a machinist, engineering company or a fabricator. They ought to be able to help you out I could do it, but Birmingham is a bit far for you!
