Personally i think 24mp is farking stupid ? Does it have the normal market place potential as an EOS 50D or the D90 ? And for the same price you could get the EOS 5D so which would you prefer ?
Also, is it sony's take on the D3 ? I cant really work out who the target audience is.
P.S i'm not after one, just saw it on sony's website and found the stats fairly impressive

Agree with John, sounds comparable, the 5d is 21mp but has HD video which I cant see that the Sony does.
