As above what do i do about the secondary air pump hole,do i just blank it off?

I also belive it will be too short or too long as the cats are different on the c16 compared to the x16 iirc
Drives supercharged Tec with torque

yea i was thinking the cats are slightly shorter,ill try putting an x16 decat on it and see what happens

if you use an x16 decat it will be fine as after that all the exhaust systems are the same

it will, but be aware of the egr cut out that runs along the manifold flange, i had to weld mine up

didnt know they had the ridge in the same as the standard one. think it was a sportex one i had though
