Basically im on o2 broadband access service, been using the supplied o2 Thompson router and been getting decent speeds of 5.5Mbps on my line.

Today I got hold of a Linksys WAG160N router

Installed it all fine and it "worked" no problem first time. The problem is my speeds have gone from around 5500mbps down and 340mbps up to this

which is just insane. The original router synced at 6800mbps down and the new Linksys one only syncs at 5800mbps but thats not a problem as my ip profile is capped by BT at 5500mbps. Ive tried pretty much every setting I can think of including altering Vistas TCP frame size but nothing seems to alter the incredibly slow download speeds. Any advice is welcome.

Should also add the I upgraded to the latest firmware etc.
