How can i stop the tapping on my C20XE??

If someone could list parts needed and how hard it is to do?

Could try with a oil and oil filter change?

If tappets continue to be noisy, then get some quotes on how much it would cost you to replace them

its had 2 services since ive had it...only been running 2 weeks lol.....serviced when i fitted the engine...and then anothr service because it'd been sat for amonth!!

Defo need tapets replacing then....is it something i can do myself?

yeh you can do, if you know what your doing and know how to re-time the engine again for example, you know where the timing marks are? etc,

But yeh it shoud be easy to do if you know how too?
