We were discussing whether a team has won their league title as well as the Johnstones Paint Trophy (Or what it happens to be called at the time!), FA Cup and League Cup.

It seems very unlikely but has it ever happened?

Trouble I'm having is finding out what league teams were in when they won the repsective competitions, as its easy to find a list of winners!

MK Dons aint a proper team though.

Only team I can think of is Birmingham (as already mentioned)
