my car is idling low and realy lumpy its a 1.0 12v corsa b if i replace the idle control valve will the promblem be sorted ?

no its a ommon problem with the 1.0 3cyl engines, you can try adjusting the idle but it didnt help me much

3 cylinder engines will idle lumpy, but not low, they are two different things..do you have rev counter?

Clean out the inlet with pleanty of carb-cleaner.

i dont have a rev counter but im guesing its a couple of hundred lower then it should
i will give it a good clean in the week and see what happens

does it feel like its going to cut out?

if so i would do what DaveyLC said, much cheaper than replacing the ICV
