right my hp lap top only 6 months old was working fine til this monring was watching a movie then it frooze then since then will load up normal windows but i cant click on anything it jus doesnt respond only works in safe mode any gen on it really annoying !!!

when you boot up press f8 but choose repair windows instead of safe mode and the option will come up to restore to a previous date.

Your computer should have 1 date from a few days ago, in the future though you can set a point yourself.
