just fitted new brake shoes to the rear of the corsa-b did it without a manual as ive lost it lol, but alot of people said buy a fitting kit when you buy shoes/drums/bearings etc now just wondering ive done it easy WITHOUT a fitting kit and im just wondering.....

what is in this kit so many people have told me about??????

also alot of people said they self adjust this is only true when fitted to the car and driving on them as you have to wind the nut back on the shaft between the shoes with long nose pliers before you fit them to the car else the drum dont go over the pads.....

The kit will include all springs, clips and adjusters so its abit better that just the shoes. When I did mine I just made sure they were not in contact with the drum with the handbrake off.

But I then got the handbrake caught on one of the things it goes through so by the time I got to my house they were burning and I needed to do it all again.
