I had a 1.4 spi astra that done 120mph on the clock. In the real world it was doing 95mph lol.My mate had a 1.4 mk2 astra that touched nearly 140.Speedo was way out.U do know that speedos overread more the faster u are going.
Your mods havnt made a difference, sorting something by accident has. no,
right bigger throttle body 44 mm inside diameter and taper ported to 49mm and the top of the throttle where injector sits ported and flowed /
inlet manifold ported and port matched/ same with exhaust manifold/ ported and tuned airbox and pressure fed = 120,000cfm (cubic feet per minute). it is this air pressure that is going into my air box /adjustable tps/fpr/ bigger injector when needed/ adjusted timing to match set up/ bigger inside diameter exhaust along its length/ bigger inlet and out let pipes on the cat converter/ bigger ht coil not the standard small one/ up rated leads and plugs
I had a 1.4 spi astra that done 120mph on the clock = 110 mph
All on a standard camshaft
And no 120mph dosnt equate to 110mph on the road.Dosnt work like that.

All on a standard camshaft yup, 120 mph on the speedo on the road is 110 mph on the speedo on the road

thats not how it works u weapon. you dont just take off 10mph to compensate for the inaccuracy of the speedo.

20valver- why cant you put all your drivel in one post each time rather than 3 posted within 1 minute of each other? I think most ppl on this site are tired of you hijacking their posts to cut and paste everything they say and then give an answer that doesnt make any sense.

Your mods havnt made a difference, sorting something by accident has. no,
[1]right bigger throttle body 44 mm inside diameter and taper ported to 49mm and the top of the throttle where injector sits ported and flowed /
[2]inlet manifold ported and port matched/ same with exhaust manifold/ ported and tuned airbox and pressure fed = 120,000cfm (cubic feet per minute). it is this air pressure that is going into my air box /adjustable tps/fpr/ bigger injector when needed/ adjusted timing to match set up/ bigger inside diameter exhaust along its length/ bigger inlet and out let pipes on the cat converter/ bigger ht coil not the standard small one/ up rated leads and plugs
I had a 1.4 spi astra that done 120mph on the clock = 110 mph
[1]a 35 mm throttle body lets in less air so a 44 mm throttle body lets in more air so this means you can inject more fuel = more power,
[2] the same as above
