your normaly get some

get it in diesels alot

This is like a thin trace all round the inside of the pipes. But if its normal then I won't worry.

Small amount of oil is fine, as long as your not chucking smoke out the back dont worry

No smoke apart from idle, but thats down to the turbo seals I think, and its not that much smoke anyway
