By exhaust are you talking cat-back? Back box?
Back box'll be fine, cat-back would depend although should be fairly easy to sort it iirc

ive got it now. its just the back box in mint condition. its a stainless steel powerflow back box. got it 4 £30. the actual box is tiny which is supposed 2 make it louder isnt it?
