Just been reading some older posts on this, is it worth fittin 6 x 9s I dont intend to fit a sub as use my boot to often but want some better sound from my speakers in the car. What should I do, rears, fronts etc.

If u ain't gonna get a sub then get some but if u know ur gonna get one at a later date then don't bother..

i agree with jayc, im removing my crispy nines cos they sound cr4p when the sub is in. just gonna put some components in my bk doors instead

I just put some 5 1/4 coaxils in my rear side panels (3 door) and it sounds mint.

Got some sony ones today, built my shelf, carpetted it and fitted the speakers in. Took about 3hrs to cut shape and modify the shelf with fully covered top and bottom. Sounds good now, thanks for the help from those who posted. Looks good in the back shelf now
