i wanna keep flights and accomodation relatively cheap as i'll be paying, shes a student so even 2 star is luxury to her!
i fancy somewhere with sun, but also a bit of culture or something to do, dont wanna spend a week gettin pissed and lounging about all day as i can do that here much cheaper!

Portigal was nice with the ex missis this year!

Nice and quiet, great food and trips out!

Only ABout 300 Sheets each as well!

Wouldnt go anywhere in europe with the current exchange rate.

how will this affect me? just that things like food and drink will cost me more when im there because im getting les euros for my pounds? i dont think im going to let that put me off the right place

found algarve in portugal for £184 each, bargain see what i can get for a decent all inclusive though

Yeah anything you buy over there will be expensive. If that doesnt bother you though go for it.

i.e. we spent about £500 between us on food & drink in Tenerife last year would now cost us £750 like for like.

With this exchange rate being so bad, all your holiday cost will ultimatly be more. If in europe obviously.
