The enormity of the fail tonight is likely to be has just hit me

I'm going to a posh hotel for a meal and party etc. but I'm far from posh

I'm going with my parents and some neighbours, all couples, all aged probably 35-60. Me and my brother are 21 and 24 and both single and work and live together so conversation isn't really a strong point between us ie. can't really tell him about something that happened the other day at work, cause he was there

Could it be anymore destined for disaster? I'd pull out but it was £50 each

Think I'll go back to staying in watching telly in future
