not unless you have some kind of video capture device, then connect the xbox's composite (yellow + audio) to that. Quality will be lame though, also i dont think you'll find a video capture card with Component inputs (red, green, blue +audio)

if your laptop has a d-sub in you can use the vga connector with your 360, but i doubt you will find a laptop that has
