Seems plenty of people usually post up about riding...what do you ride? Where do you ride? etc. etc.

i went to go ape in grizedale last year and didn't see a single MTB all day. i remember thinking at the time that it'd be a great spot to go to but figured bikes must be banned there since i didn't see any.

If you have been to go ape you have been past all of the riding bits

There are dedication trails there rangine from sudate family ones to the north face one with amazing single track and little north shorey style wooden sections

If you drove up the narrow twisty hill to get to go ape you would have gone past it all

XC locally for fitness - Cove Hustler frame, built with own bits etc.

Then freeride, downhill etc at Chicksands Bike Park (Bedfordshire) on my Specialized Demo 7 off the shelf bike. Only the grips have been changed

This summer I DEFINITELY want to organise a 'meet' for bikers at Chicksands. It's a fantastic venue for stuff for everyone. Plenty of opportunity for the in crowd photographers to pop along

Exactly.

Proper MTBers actually think less of people that don't wear helmets. We don't think you're cool. Just idiotic.

Might get comments from idiots but not people in the know as deano said. Giro e2 FTW uber comfy lid although mine needs a new strap its rotting away from all the bad weather rides
