just aerobics mainly. I was on the thing where u have to pull the two pads together with your arms - chest press or something? and i think that did the damage!

I go to bodyzone at the moment but If that springs place is still in teesside park i might go there as it's right near where i work.

leave your motor at home and ride to work see how long that lasts? I done thjat for about 2 days in the winter but it was freezing tried it last summer and done it for about 2 months felt really fit and didnt add mialage onto the car and daft little journeys
