Could be due to the fact that his bum chum Kaka hasn't fallen for the lure of wonga and is staying at a club who are cabable of actually competing for their domestic title and in Europe etc.

Where are you getting your info from?

Most sources are saying he's in line for a heavy fine, probably an hours wages.
