has it got to be in a sertain way? as i just put one in and the temp gos to 100 degrees quick and then gos to 95 degrees, and when am driving my temp dosnt go down like it ust to cheers

I must admit I have not had to replace my stat on mine but in the past i have by mistake put the stat the wrong way around on a rover never made that error again. double check your stat or could be another problem.
