I would like to take this on as a project at some point though not in this current climate.
Im wondering though , where you can find this type of property for sale ? Are they mainly at auction or is there somewhere online I can look ?
Cheers

I bought mine through a normal estate agent.
There are auctions held aswell, do a search on google & you should find something.

Couple around here.
There's one down the road that we went to see before we bought ours. Needed new windows/kitchen/bathroom and windows.
Good Area £95k..
Look on rightmove, they'll have everything on there

Mine was through a normal estate agent; they'll normally list them as "in need of modernisation" or "light work"

You can spot the repos in the pics. Look for taped up kitchen appliances, taps, toilets etc.
The current climate is ideal for buying repos as there are loads around and not everyone is buying so the prices are lower. Wait too long and you'll miss out.
I've bought and sold a few repos in the past, just make sure u do your homework on the pricing as they don't always put them on much lower than market value.
