Can upgrade phone next month and although at first I really liked the touch screen phones and got an LG viewty I'm starting to have problems so fancy something a bit more sturdy and reliable. How do people rate the above phones? I always had Nokias before the LG and would like to go back to them. I discounted the E71 because I thought it was massive but looking at it in the shops its not as big as I first thought.
Anybody got any reccomendations for either?

It does look good, I had a word with guy in shop earlier and he thinks you may ahve problem with getting it as an upgrade because its couple years old now. Don't know how true that is.
Also Jambo maybe - whats the chances of getting E71 as free upgrade on Orange? If not free what do you think i'd be looking at paying?

Dad has an E71 its awesome, not THAT big reall. Slim too.
2 editions availible, dark chrome and black. Metal case, the best qwerty ive ever used on a phone and it comes with a swanky case.
Functionality is suited to a business customer but does ok in the multimedia stakes.
Recommend them highly.
If u want a quote drop me an email at jambo45@gmail.com
Unless u fancy a trip to Windsor i cant sell you one, but can give u price advice etc

E51 is spot in if you don't plan on writing whole essays i.e. don't need a QWERTY keypad.
I have a E51 and it's brilliant. Takes the 6300 one step further. The only gripe I have with the latest Nokia's is the build quality. The back battery case bit doesn't fit as snug as the old school 3320's etc
If you want any specific info, drop me a u2u.
