i would like to know if i was to fit an x16xe to an x14xe and used a c20xe would this be benefitial or not ??
if not what would you go for as it will be a 1.6 with 4 branch, enclosed induction and some kind of lexmaul/dbilas or mantzel copy inlet cheers in advance

not 100% sure here, but my mate had a vti civic engine with a CRV 2.0 bottom end!

End result was, it killed every other jordan, got high 14's low 15's mostly!!

So if the same works on a x16xe with 20xe bottom end, then mantzel inlet ..could be intresting.

You want to put an x16xe head on a c20xe?

no full x16xe block + head then 20xe crank n possibly piston if they fit in 1.6 as dont want a c20xe conversion as its now common n i want to be different im not going to follow other people like a sheep
