Was asking about mortages etc last month, well we got one in place and have bought our first house. Offer was accepted and were moving in on 1st March.
Now realising that having a fully furnished flat has meant that were having to start from scratch now, late night shopping in ikea is depressing...
Heres the one we bought, needs a few things done but all wee minor things.. Nice quiet area and ideal first house for us.. Couldve gone for something more expensive but we will be saving a fortune over what were used to with our rent etc..

Looks nice, nice for a 1st house.
Cant get a handle on which is the front and back of the house when you look at the interior pics.
Nice little driveway for car washing!

Looks lovely inside.
The front looks like it has a fringe
I was borassic after buying mine and had no furniture to move in apart from a bed, but freecycle came up trumps with loads of furniture and the like. well worth a look if you don't mind not getting all your bits brand new.

3 Bedrooms for less than £90k! Still lucky to get a one bedroom flat for that in Aberdeen.
Nice one! Did they entertain offers under the fixed price?

Very nice Cubie! Hopefully ours will look as decent as that when its eventually finished
Bet you can't wait to get the keys!
I'm loving that kitchen. Will look cool with some shiny chrome stuff.
Have no idea where that street is in Glenrothes though?

£85k, thats good going!
i'm going to be selling one of my flats soon to pay for an extension on my house. I was planning to stick it on for a fixed price, a neighbouring one sold the other week after 2 days on the market - hopefully mine sells that quick.
