I watched one last night called
'Chumscrubber'
It was trying soooo HARD to be 'Donnie Darko' and 'American Beauty' but failed due to having a fairly poor plot that wasn't as clever as it thought and pointless references to 'chumscrubber' throughout.

Donnie Darko is awesome. So well set in the 80's, a deep story line that has so many levels and meanings, each time you watch it you notice something new and Patrick Swazey (sp) is genius in it.
Most people who don't like Donnie Darko never really get it / don't understand what it was all about.
Like I spoke to my mate about it the other day, he said 'was shit and not at all frightening' ... rofl wasn't a horror mate.

I recommend watching
'Rightous Kill'
Watched it while I was away travelling and was pleasantly surprised. Not the best film ever, but Pacino and De Niro back on form.

Wasn't as good as I'd hoped. I'd built it up in my head because of the cast expecting some new classic a la Ronin, Heat etc.
Still decent though.

Yeah, it's not an amazing film, I guess I was just happy to see de niro and pacino on screen together again acting like they can do whatever they like
