Why do they keep all the good fights for American soil ??
Really pissin me off now. I booked up tickets ages ago for UFC 95 end of this month before knowing the full fight card.
UFC 94 has a good card, 96, 97 both have good cards.. so why the fuck do they give us the crap ??
Im never booking without knowing the full card ever again

As PPV figures when the fight is over there are much higher, id also bet they charge more for tickets over there than here.

true it probably get more viewers when its in america but still.... not even heard of half the fighters for this one..
Wanted to see some big fights but the best they can offer is Sanchez vs Stevenson

It's still a developing sport here, it's booming in the states and Canada. Just so happens the last couple of cards were the best in the history of the sport which makes the British one look weak in comparison.

Surely if they want to make the sport bigger here they should throw in some big names so more ppl feel inclined to go.......

Its not getting people to go, as Im sure they can sell out over here. I think its numbers buying PPV, and with the time difference it makes little sense for them to have massive audience pullers over here when they can have it at the right times for the largest proportion of their fan base.

from reading tito ortiz biography i think the fighters get a percentage of the gate money and merchandise sales. so say the ufc make 20 million on a fight in america a fighter could get 2 million. but if he fights over here he will only get about 500k through less people watching and stuff.
