i recieved payment for some wheels to my palpal, and i transfered the money from paypal to my bank account so that the money was avaible for withdrawal now, im thinking i may have transfered the money to an account that no longer exist, would paypal let this happern because its says when i pay people with a duff card or have no money it wont let me says card has been refused
