Whats the rules over the back seats being taken out when going for an MOT?
some people tell me i need them in for my MOT, others say it doesnt make a difference, others say if i remove all the seatbelts and seats it will pass?

i have taken all the bolted down buckles and belts, the seats are out, but ive left the 2 shoulder belts on the sides in...do i need to take them out or put the seats and buckles back in?

any1 had any problems?

If you dont have seats, they cant be tested. What it WILL fail on, is if you have removed the seatbelts but not the seats, or if you have a broken belt
