Does anyone on here go to a JJB Gym at all?

There is one just over from my work so i'm thinking of joining. Sign up fee is £75 & just looked online & the one in Halifax is only £50. Thought it was strange so looked at some others & the prices are even lower on some of them

Just wondering if anyone on here is a member, and knows if you can use any JJB Gym in the country with your membership? If so, i'll just join the cheapest one & then go to the one in Leeds

Just been reading the website and it says...

Member benefits:

- 4 FREE 'Love u' sessions:-
Creating the best fitness plan for you.
- No annual contract.
- FREE group exercise classes.
- Member of one JJB Fitness Club, member of all 50+
- 10% member discount in our JJB Sports & Original Shoe Co stores.

Just seems daft that its different prices at different gyms. Must be because the cheaper gyms aint as good maybe

Will have to give them a ring tomorrow & confirm it. Even the monthly membership prices differ......

Thats just the admin fee. One in Leeds is then £37 per month.

Compare that to Winsford, which is £25 admin fee, then £29 per month.

Must be a catch somewhere

i go to fitness first £28.50/mth, i'd like to move elsewhere as the equipment is getting old, service is pretty pants, but the JJB local to me has a very small free weight area, mostly for cardio and swimmers
