Looks for a skin for XP so it bassically changes the ghey blue/green start bar to black.
I used to have one, but i deleted ity and i dunno what it was called.
It must be reliable, donbt want stuff to start crashing.

I used to use Windows Blinds, never had any problems with it.
My Start bar was red with black font
