trained on and off at home for about a year, havnt put weight on apart from growing with age, but got stronger and more toned..

was only 10.1 stone but held my weight well and looked heavier..

but started at a gym that my mate goes to and took it more serious, aim for 3-4 days a week, with a fair diet and ive put on half a stone of muscle in a month..

now im around 10.8 stone, still not 'big' n some peoples eyes but like i said i hold my weight well (so im told my many) and look bigger..

chuffed how its going so far, the goal is 11 stone, then will set another goal to reach etc..

anyone else set/reaching/reached there goals?

Good work mate.

I'm currently aiming for about 15 stone. At about 14 at the minute but would like to reduce my bodyfat a little before bulking any further.

I was about 10 and a half stone when I came back from the states about a year and a half ago - pretty much underweight for 6ft!

Made a decision to aim for 12st, which since I've up'd my training I've managed to hit Managed to keep cut with it too, but I'm naturally skinny.

I'm at the edge of my weight class, so either I stay were I am or up another few kg's to reach the limit of the next one. Unsure I want to do that as yet really!

im 5'9 so that helps already..

hopefully in a year and a half i will be at 12st aswell

i started training about a year ago cardio at first as i was a fatty 16 stone!
i droped to 12 stone now going on 13 stone!

just started at the gym, trying to lose my fat then tone up a bit, dont wanna be to big tbh. trying to go down to 11st ish then build up i think!
Havnt really got much ideas, just go by what the gym guys tell me lol!
