Id probably let it roll to court, you never know you might get off somehow, if it actually reaches court. Ive had a fixed penalty time out before it reached court & I got off with it. If it does reach court, go have your day infront of the judge, tell him you were moving it from the dashboard to stop it rolling about as any sensible person would, get a detailed phone bill to show you wernt on it etc, you never know he might be feeling generous

I did the exact same, had my phone in my hand to grab it from my pocket as it was annoying me, the tossers in yelllow coats just laughed it off as if i was on my phone. annoying really. that was cheshire police.
I made what i think is a valid point to him when i got the points, that if i had a ciggie in my hand, would i have got the points? smoking and driving is far worse if you ask me...

so what happens if you have one of those cd players that have the ipod connections in it, and you have your ipod connected up to it and your holiding it in your hand changing tracks.....
is that against the law?
