With any leftover - split into individual portions, put into freezer bags and pop in the freezer when cooled, can be kept for ages and when you feel like some all you need to do is bung it on low in the microwave for 10 mins whilst you boil your pasta (and garlic bread, prep a bit if salad, grate some cheese etc etc) - job done, home made microwave meal and a lot tastier and healthier for you

Make your own next time bob:
Brown mince and a chopped up onion, and some finely sliced garlic add a tin of chopped tomato's, a healthy spodge (I just made that word up i think) of tomato puree, a beef stock cube, some sliced mushrooms, paprika, and top up with a bit of water, bring to boil and simmer for half an hour til it's reduced down.
